Ching Lung (Jackie Chan) is a young kung-fu fighter who gets pulled into a war he never asked for. Two evil masters, Heaven Devil (Yen Shi-Kwan) and Earth Devil (Kwon Yeong-Moon), are killing off the whole Yin-Yang brotherhood, and Chan Chuen, directing, sets the comic fights in motion around them. Dean Shek Tin plays Earth, and the film leaves Ching Lung still facing the two Devils.
