Feel the Beat

“Take your chance. Make your move.”

April (Sofia Carson) is a dancer who has just failed to make it on Broadway and has come home to the small town she left. She gets talked into coaching a ragged group of local kids for a dance competition, a job she takes on without much want for it. Elissa Down shoots the lessons and rehearsals loose and bright, so the dancing looks like a game the kids are playing for themselves.
