FernGully: The Last Rainforest

“Just beyond your dreams lives a secret world. Where every tree is a home. Every sound is a song. And humans only exist in fairy tales. Until now...”

A spirit of destruction called Hexxus (Tim Curry) has been woken in FernGully, a hidden rainforest where fairy folk live among the trees. A logging crew's machines are cutting closer. Bill Kroyer sends the young sprite Crysta (Samantha Mathis) to shrink a human boy, Zak (Jonathan Ward), down to her size. The film puts the forest's survival on people who have only just learned to see it as a home.
