Kimberly Corman (A.J. Cook) has a vision of a catastrophic highway pileup and swerves to stop it, saving a handful of strangers from a wreck that should have killed them all. But Death doesn't accept reruns: the survivors begin vanishing in accidents so precise and cruel they seem impossible. Clear Rivers (Ali Larter), who survived a similar chain of deaths, finds Kimberly and together they watch as the wreckage closes in.
