Fingers

“Some will love it. Others will be angered by it. Everyone will be stunned by it!”

Jimmy Fingers (Harvey Keitel) wants to be a concert pianist, with an audition coming up, but he spends his days collecting debts for his Mafioso father Ben (Michael V. Gazzo). James Toback keeps him in a world of loan sharks and cold apartments, where the fists and the piano belong to the same hands. Pulled between a father who runs the money and a mother, Ruth (Marian Seldes), who is mentally disturbed, Jimmy has no one who is simply on his side.
