Fire Maidens of Outer Space

“SEE - the CREATURE OF HORROR who RAVISHED A PLANET!”

Luther Blair (Anthony Dexter) is the astronaut who leads a crew to Jupiter's 13th moon, where they find a monster and a society of women said to descend from Atlantis. Cy Roth made this in 1956 as a British independent production, shot in black and white, with Borodin's opera music playing under it. Hestia (Susan Shaw) rules the women, and Blair sets out to understand a place that has been waiting for visitors a long time.
