Luke Davenport (Brock Pierce), the President's son, spends his days behind a wall of Secret Service agents and takes it out on whoever is assigned to him, until one of them snaps in front of the First Lady. The replacement is Sam Simms (Sinbad), an enormous agent who rose through the ranks on determination rather than protocol. David Mickey Evans sets Luke's usual tricks against a man who doesn't get angry, and Luke starts to wonder why.
