First Snow

Jimmy Starks (Guy Pearce) is a salesman who wants nothing more than to keep his life steady and his next deal closed. Then a psychic gives him a reading of his future, and her ominous prediction sends him into a tailspin. Mark Fergus keeps the camera close on Pearce, letting the dread build slowly across the quiet stretches between scenes, with J.K. Simmons (Vacaro) in the cast.
