Lau Ching (Stephen Chow) comes to Hong Kong from the Mainland with one remarkable right arm and a cousin he has to track down. He falls in with Handsome (Kenny Bee), a drifter, and with Mandy Fok (Sharla Cheung Man), a martial artist who has no idea what to make of him. Joh Chung-Sing sends Ching into a $10 million fighting competition just to impress her, where Cheng Wai (Vincent Wan Yeung-ming) is waiting as his rival for her attention.
