“An epic assault on the senses!”

Kenshirô (Akira Kamiya) walks a wasteland left behind by nuclear war, looking for Yuria (Yuriko Yamamoto) while stronger men take what they want from the weak. Toyoo Ashida, working from the manga, fills the film with fast cuts and fighters who hit hard and leave quickly. Shin (Toshio Furukawa) stands between Kenshirô and Yuria, and what ties the three of them together is older than the fighting.
