Flashpoint

“They drink together. Work together. Party together. They live for trouble. Now they've uncovered a secret and their troubles are just beginning.”

Bobby Logan (Kris Kristofferson) and Ernie Wyatt (Treat Williams) patrol the Texas border, and what they want is simple: a day that ends without incident. Then they find a jeep buried in the desert, holding a skeleton, a scoped rifle and a box with $800,000 in cash. William Tannen's debut follows the two men as they dig into the clues themselves, and Bobby keeps going well past the point where leaving the money alone would have been easier.
