Professor Cerullo has gone missing in Egypt, and nobody at home can say where. Inspector Rizzo (Bud Spencer) and Marshal Caputo (Enzo Cannavale) fly out to find him, Steno sending the Italian police to Egypt for the fourth and last Flatfoot film. Rizzo stands there in his rumpled shirt, a big man a long way from home, with the search for the professor ahead of him.
