Flatfoot in Hong Kong

Inspector Rizzo (Bud Spencer) is suddenly accused of drug trafficking, and the only way to clear his name is to find the Mafia man hidden inside his own police department. Steno puts him back among the same colleagues, including Caputo (Enzo Cannavale) and Morabito (Renato Scarpa), any of whom might be the one. Rizzo's old tie to Frank Barella (Al Lettieri) pulls the two men back into each other's orbit.
