The Crew

“A mid air rescue mission”

Alexey Gushchin (Danila Kozlovsky) is a young military pilot fired from the air force for disobeying an order he thought was absurd. He lands a co-pilot's seat with a civil airline, where his blunt honesty puts him at odds with the crew, including the veteran Leonid Zinchenko (Vladimir Mashkov). Nikolay Lebedev keeps the film tightly wound once their flight to Asia picks up a distress call from a volcanic island.
