“Miracles can happen to you!”

Sayaka Kudo (Kasumi Arimura) sits at the very bottom of her high school class, and a year later she is somehow headed for Keio University, one of the hardest schools in Japan to get into. Pulling her along is Yoshitaka Tsubota (Atsushi Ito), the cram school teacher who decides she can do it when no one else has.
