“Never drop the con.”

In a city of crowds and street corners, the pickpockets work shoulder to shoulder, and Nicky Spurgeon (Will Smith) is the one who teaches the trade. Jess Barrett (Margot Robbie), a newcomer with a talent for the con, becomes his student and then his lover.
