For Better and for Worse

After forty years of marriage, Edith tells her husband Jean that she has always been a man. Jean (Fabrice Luchini) is the conservative mayor of a small town, running for another term on family values, so Edith (Catherine Frot) agrees to postpone her transition until after the election. Tristan Séguéla keeps the two of them at the same dinner table, the campaign posters waiting on the wall.
