Force of Execution

“Don't Break The Code.”

Alexander Coates (Steven Seagal) is an old-school mob boss who runs his criminal empire with a mix of nobility and brutality. When a prison hit he assigns to his protégé Roman Hurst goes wrong, Hurst is banished from a city he once nearly ruled, just as Alexander, Ice Man (Ving Rhames) and a Mexican cartel move toward war. Keoni Waxman shoots it as a direct-to-video crime picture, and Oso (Danny Trejo), an ex-con restaurant owner, is the one who helps Hurst.
