“The greatest victories are born in the heart.”

Rick Penning (Sean Faris) was the star of his Arizona high school rugby team, until a run-in with the law lands him in a juvenile detention center in Salt Lake City. There, Coach Larry Gelwix (Gary Cole) offers him a place on a team that holds its players to a different standard. The film is based on true stories, and Ryan Little shoots the matches close and loud, keeping the camera in the middle of the collisions.
