Forgotten Love

Rafał Wilczur (Leszek Lichota) was a respected surgeon until he lost his family and, along with them, his memory, and now he wants only to be left alone under another man's name. Michał Gazda's film is the third screen version of Tadeusz Dołęga-Mostowicz's novel Znachor, after the adaptations of 1937 and 1981. When someone from the life he cannot remember finds him, Rafał (Lichota) stands there as Antoni Kosiba, with a surgeon's hands he does not know he has.
