“Marty loved horror movies... Until his life turned into one.”

Marty (Gavin Brown) is a fifth grader who gets good grades, listens to his teachers and keeps out of trouble. At school the other kids won't leave him alone, and at home his parents don't seem to see him. Then Marty finds out his big brother Steve (Ethan Philbeck) is a serial killer, and Scott Schirmer, adapting Todd Rigney's novel, keeps the camera at the level of an ordinary suburban house.
