Four Minutes

Traude Krüger (Monica Bleibtreu) is eighty years old and has taught piano in a women's prison for decades, and she wants one more student to carry what she was once. She finds her in Jenny von Loeben (Hannah Herzsprung), a convicted killer who is violent and gifted in a way the guards had never noticed. Chris Kraus keeps the two of them in the cell block's music room, the old woman and the girl, each refusing to give the other an inch.
