“A ghost story.”

Amy Nicholls (Calista Flockhart), a nurse still carrying the memory of a patient's death, takes a job at an antiquated children's hospital and finds the kids afraid of a ghost that walks the floors. The staff, including Robert Marcus (Richard Roxburgh), treat it as a story the children tell. Jaume Balagueró makes the fear plain: the children believe no one is allowed to leave, and Amy is the only adult who listens.
