Frankenstein's Army

“What is dead may never die.”

Sergei (Joshua Sasse), a Red Army soldier filming his unit with a camera, just wants to get his reconnaissance team through eastern Germany in the last days of the war. Their trail leads to a hidden Nazi laboratory and the journal of Dr. Victor Frankenstein, which the scientists there have used to stitch dead soldiers into an army. Richard Raaphorst shoots it as found footage, so the camera never gets farther from the horror than Sergei does.
