“ELVIS Turns The Land Of The Blues Red Hot With 11 Great Songs!”

A psychic tells Johnny (Elvis Presley), a riverboat singer who can't stop gambling, exactly how to turn his luck around. Soon a new lady luck turns up on board, and Frankie (Donna Douglas), his girlfriend and stage partner, is not pleased. Frederick de Cordova's film comes down to a simple notion: the person who stands by you is worth more than any run of good fortune.
