Free Hand for a Tough Cop

Sergio Marazzi (Tomas Milian), known as "Monnezza", is a small-time Roman criminal who talks fast and answers to nobody. Detective Antonio Sarti (Claudio Cassinelli) pulls him and his cohorts in to find a violent crime lord who has kidnapped the sick daughter of a rich family. Umberto Lenzi keeps the chase rough and moving, and Monnezza has to decide how far he will go for a cop he never wanted to work for.
