Frenzy

Kadir (Mehmet Özgür) has spent fifteen years in prison, and now he is offered his release if he agrees to work as an informant. Istanbul is deep in political violence, and in a shantytown he runs into his brother Ahmet (Berkay Ateş), who rounds up stray dogs for the city and keeps himself shut inside his home. Emin Alper builds the film out of this meeting of two wary brothers and lets the dread seep in slowly.
