Friday the 13th Part 2

“The body count continues...”

Ginny (Amy Steel) is a counselor-in-training at a camp near Crystal Lake, five years after the murders that made the place a story people still tell. She and the other trainees, among them Paul (John Furey), Terry (Kirsten Baker) and Ted (Stuart Charno), settle in as if the legend were only that. Steve Miner's film treats the past as a thing that does not stay buried, and a place marked by killing keeps its hold on whoever comes next.
