Friends with Money

Olivia (Jennifer Aniston) quits her lucrative job in her mid-thirties and has no plan for what comes next. Her three closest friends, Franny (Joan Cusack), Christine (Catherine Keener) and Jane (Frances McDormand), have money, and Olivia starts to envy the security of it, even as each of them struggles with a marriage or a household. Nicole Holofcener writes and directs, moving between the four women and letting their conversations run at the pace of real ones.
