“Do you have a taste for terror? The suckers are back.”

Charley Brewster (William Ragsdale) has spent three years in therapy convincing himself that Jerry Dandridge was only a serial killer, until Regine (Julie Carmen), an actress with an entourage, moves into the building where Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall) lives. Tommy Lee Wallace sets the sequel among college classes and a new girlfriend, Alex. If Charley is right again, nobody will believe him, and this time the danger is aimed at the people closest to him.
