From Hell

“More than the legend will survive.”

Someone is killing prostitutes in London, and the question that drives Inspector Fred Abberline (Johnny Depp) is who could do it so cleanly. Abberline is an opium-smoking detective from Scotland Yard, and the trail leads him to Mary Kelly (Heather Graham), one of the women the killer is hunting. Albert and Allen Hughes adapt the graphic novel, which proposes the Ripper was not a madman from the streets but a man with a place in respectable society.
