Frost/Nixon

“400 million people were waiting for the truth.”

For three years after leaving office, Richard Nixon (Frank Langella) said nothing, and then in 1977 he agreed to one long televised interview with David Frost (Michael Sheen), a British talk-show host nobody expected him to pick. Nixon takes him for a lightweight he can outfox, and Frost's own team is not sure their boss can hold his own. Ron Howard, adapting Peter Morgan's play, keeps the camera close on the two men's faces while the questions come.
