“Fame is a constant effort”

The universe keeps steering Ace (Royce Cabrera), 23, and Miko (Kokoy de Santos), 17, away from the acting careers they both want, and into swimsuit competitions instead. Eduardo Roy Jr. follows them through Manila's auditions and stage lights, in his last film as director before his death in 2022. Between the chasing and the waiting, the older boy and the younger one lean on each other, and neither can say how far that goes.
