Full Eclipse

Crime in Los Angeles keeps dropping, and no one at the department can say why the city's newest squad is so good at its job. Max Dire (Mario Van Peebles) is a cop who gets pulled in by Adam Garou (Bruce Payne), a team leader with a strong record in other big cities and methods that don't match anyone else's. The nighttime squad answers to a secret that the film's title and tagline give away. Anthony Hickox keeps the pace jumpy and the streets hard-edged.
