At fourteen, California gymnast Ariana Berlin (Ana Golja) is aiming at the Olympics when a car accident takes her movement and her confidence. She finds both again through hip hop dance, until UCLA coach Valorie Kondos Field (Jennifer Beals) calls her back toward the sport she left.
