In a near future where mind-control technology has turned a game called Slayers into a mass spectacle, death-row prisoners are steered by players at home. Kable (Gerard Butler), the top champion, is controlled by a teenager named Simon (Logan Lerman), and Brian Taylor and Mark Neveldine cut his fights in a flickering rush. If Kable wants his body and his name back, he has to get past Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall), the man who built it all.
