Gamera vs. Jiger

“Watch out for extreme ultrasound!”

Hiroshi Kitayama (Tsutomu Takakuwa) is a boy who treats the giant turtle Gamera as a friend and not a threat. When a stone statue is disturbed on Wester Island, the monster Jiger comes for Japan, and Expo '70 in Osaka is in its path. Noriaki Yuasa sends Hiroshi and Tommy Williams (Kelly Varis) in a small submarine into Gamera's own body, where the two boys steer through the dark inside a wounded monster.
