In a tiny Irish town, Josie (Pat Shortt) minds a petrol station that its owner, Mr. Gallagher (John Keogh), could shut at any day. Lenny Abrahamson follows him through quiet shifts until David (Conor Ryan), the teenage son of the boss's girlfriend, comes to work beside him. Josie finds company in David's friends and brings them beer, never seeing what that could cost him.
