“When the Competition gets Tough, Garfield gets Funnier in His Brand-New Movie!”

Garfield has won the annual Fun Fest talent competition for 29 years running, and then a newcomer named Ramone shows up with a charm that has the whole crowd on his side. Worried he has lost his touch, Garfield sets off to find the pond of Freddy Frog (Tim Conway), where anyone who drinks is supposed to turn out funny. Director Mark A.Z. Dippé keeps Garfield's bickering with Odie (Gregg Berger) going along the way, two pets who sort out their loyalties together.
