“Invite a few friends over to watch the end of the world!”

Hooper (Bud Cort) is a young man with a sweet, unhurried manner who ends up on the road with Coralee (Talia Shire) after an accidental military gas leak kills everyone on Earth over the age of 25. Roger Corman sends them through a country run by whoever is left, the surviving young adults making up their own rules. Anyone with a birthday coming is counting the days.
