Why would a school for gifted children keep its real purpose hidden from the students it recruits? Caitlin Fairchild (Alicia Witt) accepts a place at the institute and finds out it is a military project built to turn kids with a rare genetic structure into super soldiers. Kevin Altieri directs the animated adaptation of the WildStorm comic, following Caitlin and fellow recruit Roxy Spaulding (E. G. Daily), whose bond is what they have left once they decide to rebel.
