General Commander

“This is more than revenge. This is redemption.”

Jake Alexander (Steven Seagal) is a GRS operative who leads a team of young recruits against the most dangerous and notorious criminals he can find. His backing comes from a Hong Kong billionaire, and the work takes them across the Philippines. Directors Philippe Martinez and Ross W. Clarkson keep the film moving as a straight, direct-to-video action picture, built around Seagal and his crew.
