Genocide

In 1968 Japan, a plane carrying a hydrogen bomb goes down after swarms of killer bugs attack it. Military personnel, among them Joji Akiyama (Yūsuke Kawazu), are left to work out how and why the insects brought it down. Kazui Nihonmatsu follows them as the answers grow stranger than anyone expected, and Yoshito Nagumo (Keisuke Sonoi) is the man whose private obsessions the search keeps leading back to.
