Gerald's Game

“Some games you play. Some you survive.”

Jessie (Carla Gugino) is handcuffed to the bed frame of a remote lake house when her husband Gerald (Bruce Greenwood) collapses from a heart attack, and the key is out of her reach. Alone, she begins to see and hear things, including a figure in the corner, the Moonlight Man (Carel Struycken), and memories she has avoided for years. Mike Flanagan keeps almost the whole film in one bedroom, so the camera has nowhere to go but closer.
