“No one outruns revenge.”

The Thief's partner vanishes after a heist, snatched by Nushi (Fei Ren), a drug lord who wants her millions back. He teams up with an orphan kid to break in and get his partner out, but Nushi sends her best gun, The Cowboy (Lou Diamond Phillips), to hunt them down. James Clayton fills the chase with collapsing buildings and burning rubber, the frame snapping between pursuit and escape until the Thief stands alone in the wreckage, watching smoke rise into a dead sky.
