Ghost in the Shell

“There's nothing sadder than a puppet without a ghost.”

Major Mira Killian (Scarlett Johansson) wants to know who she was before the crash that left her brain inside a cyborg body built for soldiering. She works for Section 9, tracking the world's most dangerous criminals, and a mysterious terrorist now pulls her toward her own past. Rupert Sanders fills the near-future city with towering holograms and frames his characters against glass and steel.
