Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG - Individual Eleven

In 2030, a wave of refugees organizes itself into a terrorist group called the Individual Eleven, and Section 9 is sent after it. Motoko Kusanagi (Atsuko Tanaka) and Daisuke Aramaki (Osamu Saka) work the case alongside Togusa (Koichi Yamadera) as Kenji Kamiyama builds the plot out of networks and political pressure. The group has no leader to arrest, only a crowd of strangers whose separate choices begin to line up as one.
