Ghost of Love

Nino Monti (Marcello Mastroianni) is a married man who has spent more than twenty years not thinking about the woman he once loved, Anna Brigatti Zighi (Romy Schneider). Dino Risi picks the story up as her presence begins to find him again, long after the affair ended. Nino has a wife, Teresa (Eva Maria Meineke), and a settled life, and both are now at risk.
