Ghosts of Mars

“Terror is the same on any planet.”

In 2176, Lt. Melanie Ballard (Natasha Henstridge) leads a squad of Martian police to a remote mining post to collect James "Desolation" Williams (Ice Cube), a prisoner held there. They find the post empty, and what took its people is the original inhabitants of Mars, who want the planet back. John Carpenter writes, directs and scores it, and the officers have to hold out against possessed miners with no way off.
