Gigli

“Life doesn't play by the rules.”

In Los Angeles, Larry Gigli (Ben Affleck) is a low-ranking mobster whose latest job is to kidnap the younger brother of a federal prosecutor. His boss, unconvinced he can handle it, sends in Ricki (Jennifer Lopez), a free-spirited enforcer with orders of her own. Martin Brest sets the two of them up in Larry's apartment with the hostage Brian (Justin Bartha), and Larry's feelings for Ricki start to threaten the job and his place in the organization.
